Account details you provide at sign-up, such as your name, email, and company name.

The job, measurement, customer, warranty, and pricing information you enter into the product.

Payment information, which is processed and stored by Stripe — we never receive or store full card numbers.

Basic usage and device information needed to operate and secure the service.

To provide and maintain the service: calculate kits and pricing, track jobs, generate documents, and manage your subscription.

To provide customer support and to improve the reliability and features of the product.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that run the product on our behalf: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), and Vercel (application hosting). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

Your company's data is isolated to your organization and is visible only to the team members you invite. Role-based permissions further limit what each member can see — for example, technicians never see pricing.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

You can access and update your information in the app at any time, and you can request export or deletion of your account data by emailing support.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
